Work With Us – Graphic Designer

Charlotte Bristol is a contemporary women’s fashion brand built on elegance, heritage, and modern design. We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help us elevate our brand visuals across digital and print.

What you’ll do

Create marketing assets for website, social media, newsletters, lookbooks, and packaging.

Ensure all visual content aligns with the Charlotte Bristol brand identity and seasonal campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to develop creative concepts.

Design content for paid ads, email campaigns, and promotions.

Support photoshoots with layouts, editing, and design input.

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms.

What we’re looking for

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of design experience (fashion/retail a plus).

Strong portfolio with both digital and print design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus).

Strong eye for typography, color, and layout.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Creative thinker with a strong sense of fashion and lifestyle aesthetics.
