Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can request a return form from customer service. Always mention your order number. Please email: info@charlottebristol.com
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all matching parts and components and, where possible, the original packaging in the same condition as delivered.
2. Normal handling of the product is self-evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products where hygiene is important are thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikini, lingerie, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
4. The product turns out to be defective immediately after receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for the costs of return shipment.
6. Charlotte Bristol is not responsible for the costs of return shipping.
7. A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
8. If a product has defects, this must be proven with a photo.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please start the returns procedure by emailing info@charlottebristol.com .Make sure the email contains the following:
1. Order number
2. Reason for the return request
3. Photo of the product in case of breakage/fault
4. First name + last name of the customer
5. Customer’s address
We will then contact you and provide the return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you contact us. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer’s expense.
