The average shipping time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods or due to customs procedures.
Shipping method and origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are shown at checkout. These depend on the weight, destination and chosen shipping type.
Responsibility for shipping
- If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.
- If an order is placed we cannot provide a refund before the items have arrived, since the order process is already triggered.
- Please check your address carefully; errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
