Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use the link in that email to follow your parcel and view the latest delivery updates.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item meets our return conditions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You can add your discount code during checkout. Simply enter the code in the discount field and apply it before completing your order. Once applied successfully, the discount will be shown in your order total.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you would like to cancel it.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been fulfilled, dispatched or handed over for processing, it can no longer be cancelled. If your order has already been fulfilled, you may request a return after delivery in line with our return policy.
